So its hard to believe but today Friday the 18th of November flavors of Louisiana will have been open for four years!!!! like I said It is so hard to believe…I can remember when we knew every single customer on a first name basis and when two people could easily hold the fort down. Now we have so many customers that it would be nearly impossible to know every single one of them and it definitely takes more than two people to run the show now…however I am very thankful for this little restaurant and the amazing women (my Nanna) that runs it may God bless her and flavors with many many more years!!
